On Dec 4, 2009, “China-South Asian Cultural Forum” co-sponsored by Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), Institute of Chinese Studies, India, Delhi University and Jewaharlal Nehru University and Co-organized by Peking University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shenzhen University. Mr. Jing Dunquan, Vice Chairman of CPAFFC, H. E. Dr. M. Veerappa Moily, Minister for Law and Justice of India, Prof. Tan Chung, Prof. Mohanty and 50 other famous scholars and experts on China-India relations and South Asia attended the forum.
