   Brig. Vinod Anand from the Research Institute of VIF led 7 members that included Indian experts and staff from media business visited Shenzhen University with the companioning of staff from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Affairs Office of Guangdong province and Shenzhen City. Vice-president Ruan Shuangshen of Shenzhen University received the guests.
